Job Responsibilities:

* Overall implementation of the company's digital marketing programs and coordination of the internal and external digital marketing teams

* Marketing Strategy: Drive profitable revenue growth by developing marketing campaigns, promotional programs and brand initiatives across digital marketing channels.

* Digital and Social Media: Execute branded paid media (SEM, display, social), create social media strategy and manage SEO and the web experience, monitor and report results. Be responsible for the online presence of all brands

* Email Campaign Management: Lead the setup and execution of campaigns, including deployment in the Exact Target platform; monitor and report results; test and optimize campaigns.

* Develop a social integration plan into day-to-day retail and event business. Direct a marketing specialist in the implementation of social media, website management and email campaigns.

* Manage the digital portion of the budget to coincide with the overall Marketing budget.

* Manage digital agencies and online resources.

* Responsible for communication of digital marketing programs to the field, including the creation and updating of a digital marketing calendar. Maintains a highly visible, interactive position with field management.
